When we first met the homeowners, they had reached a stage in life where they could have their version of a dream home. This meant a large home with plenty of room for family gatherings as well as an accessory building for a shop & motor home storage. They searched for properties to purchase and after encountering dead ends on locations, deed restrictions, price, etc. They decided to "Make the house they have, the home they want!" They already had a small home with an accessory building in an unrestricted subdivision. They hired us to double the size and bring it up to modern custom home standards.
